Jeje dela Cruz has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jeje started their career at Concentrix in 2002 as a Product Support Specialist and progressed to roles such as Senior Product Support Specialist, Senior Product Support Engineer, and finally as a NOC IT Helpdesk Engineer. Jeje worked at Concentrix until 2020. In 2019, they took a break from their IT career to work as a Home Quarantine for Halamang Bahay. In the same year, they also worked for Paiwi System. Since November 2020, they have been employed as a NOC Engineer at Executech.

Jeje dela Cruz attended AMA University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Additionally, in July 2014, they obtained a certification as a WatchGuard - Certified System Professional from WatchGuard Technologies.
