Jessica Menard serves as the Director of Human Resources at Equity HR, Inc. since July 2017, providing consultancy on leave of absence and employee relations while advising clients on HR best practices. Previously, Jessica owned Junk King Toledo from June 2022 to March 2024 and held various positions in real estate sales from December 2019 to December 2020. Previous roles include Sr. HR Operations Manager at Milestone Technologies, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Palo Alto Medical Foundation/Sutter Health. Jessica also led HR operations for over 400 employees at San Jose Medical Group and managed HR support for 150 employees in a union environment. Jessica's academic credentials include an MBA from Binghamton University and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from San Jose State University.
