Andrea Stecconi has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Andrea is currently the CEO at Execus, Connect to Social Selling, where they help B2B sales teams develop their business using social networks. Andrea provides social selling consulting and training, manages Linkedin presence, and handles marketing campaign outsourcing and sales systems integration.

Before that, Andrea served as the CEO of Defenx PLC, a cyber security company specializing in mobile, PC, and network security products. Andrea led the company's diversification efforts by acquiring Memopal Srl, which added proprietary cloud backup and synchronization technology to their product portfolio.

Andrea also has experience as the CEO and founder of Defenx SA, where they played a crucial role in establishing the company from its inception until 2014.

Additionally, they served as the President of Conflavoro PMI Ancona, an employer association that provided support and assistance to its members in various aspects of entrepreneurship, such as access to credit, legal protection, financial consultancy, health and safety training, and union representation.

Earlier in their career, Andrea held the position of CEO at EXA Media spa, a multimedia content publisher specializing in CD-ROM courses, software, and entertainment titles.

Throughout their career, Andrea Stecconi has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Andrea Stecconi completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Benincasa Ancona from 1982 to 1986. Andrea also has additional certifications as a LinkedIn approved Sales Navigator Trainer and in the LinkedIn Instruct Program, both obtained in 2020.
