Shenandoah Weiss is an experienced leadership coach and organizational development specialist, currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Trainer at Fluence since June 2024, and as an Executive Coach and Global Faculty Member at SNP Communications since July 2021. Weiss also provides coaching at ExecOnline, Inc., and is the Founder of Sculptural Everyday, offering specialized coaching in leadership and communication. Previous roles include Director of Embodied Learning and Development at Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc., and Senior Tech Program Manager at Uber, where Weiss designed professional development programs and coached engineers. Weiss holds an MA in Social Science with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Chicago and a BA with Honors in Communication Studies from UCLA.
