Nalini Panwar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and research. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Research at AM Research since October 2015, Nalini has contributed to a leading offshore knowledge services provider. In addition, Nalini has held the position of Research Associate at ExecLibrary since 2015, specializing in executive intelligence for the recruiting industry. Previous experience includes working as an HR Executive/Recruiter at Unico Management Solutions from 2012 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing candidate research projects across various sectors. Nalini's career began at NIIT Limited from 2008 to 2010, serving as a Data Administrator/Faculty. Nalini holds a B.Com and M.Com in Banking and Economics from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology, and an MBA from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
