Luis De Los Santos has extensive experience in communication skills, leadership, and negotiation training at Exec-Comm. Luis also founded De Los Santos Holdings LLC to help start-ups with enterprise setup and strategy execution. With a background in real estate development and construction, Luis served as Director General at Grupo Constructivo, S.A. Additionally, Luis was a co-founder of Neighborhood Trust FCU, aimed at expanding access to formal financial services. Luis started their career as a teacher in math and science before transitioning to a management consultant role at Accenture. Luis holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
