Adishesh Parampally is a seasoned professional in operations and production management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Exco Technologies Limited since January 2022. Prior to this role, Adishesh was Production Manager at Minerals Technologies Inc. from May 2021 to January 2022. Adishesh has extensive experience in the packaging industry, having held positions as Operations Manager, Project Planning Engineer, and Packaging Engineer at Ckdpack Packaging Inc. from August 2014 to April 2021. Adishesh began their career as a Junior Engineer at Ennem Excel Engineering (P) Ltd for a brief period in 2012. Adishesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from East Point College of Engineering & Technology, Bangalore, completed between 2008 and 2012, and furthered education at Sheridan College from 2013 to 2014.
