Kim Aymond has a diverse range of work experience in various Human Resources roles. Kim began their career as a Compensation Analyst at Trinity Industries in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Kim then joined i2 Technologies as a Senior Compensation Analyst from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, they moved on to Dal-Tile Corporation and worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst until 2006, when they became a Corporate Recruiter until 2008.
In 2008, Aymond transitioned to EXCO Resources, Inc., where they held multiple positions over the years. Kim started as a Compensation and HRIS Manager and worked in that role until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Compensation and Benefits Manager. Finally, they became the Director of Human Resources in December 2015, which was their last known position.

Kim Aymond received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas, from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2006. Kim also earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals in July 2004.
