Greg Ciluzzi's work experience began in 2006 at Exclusive Resorts. Greg started as a Member Services Manager before transitioning to the role of Exclusive Concierge. In 2009, they became a Residence Manager and later progressed to the position of Regional Operations Manager, a role they held until March 2022. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Operations at Exclusive Resorts. Additionally, in 2010, Greg worked as an Advisor Consultant at The Masthead Resort & Cottages.

Greg Ciluzzi received a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Management from Bentley University in the years 1997 to 2001. In addition, they obtained certifications as an Orvis-Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide from Fly Fishing Outfitters LLC/Orvis Fly Fishing Schools and as a PSIA Level II Certified Ski Instructor from PSIA-AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America-American Association of Snowboard Instructors in 2003.
