Gemma Hewitt has worked in the hospitality industry for several years, with experience in reservations and receptionist roles at various hotels. Currently, Gemma is serving as the Reservations Manager at Exclusive Collection's Pennyhill Park and Lainston House, providing maternity cover. Gemma previously held positions such as Reservations Supervisor and Coordinator at Pennyhill Park, as well as Central Reservations Coordinator at The Vineyard. Gemma started their career as a Receptionist at Quality Hotel Andover after completing their education at Peter Symonds College.
