Nick Warra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nick began their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Manager at Direct Lending Inc from 2003 to 2008. Nick then joined United Shore as an Account Executive, where they built and maintained relationships with broker accounts and trained them on mortgage industry processes. Nick later became the Chief Executive Officer at Petes Shoes Inc from 2010 to 2015. Following this, they returned to United Shore as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst, where they analyzed project acceptance criteria, developed test strategies, and managed testing and defect management. Currently, Nick works at Exclusive Brands LLC as the Director of Retail Operations and Partner, overseeing retail operations and contributing to business development.

Nick Warra attended Madonna University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration. Nick then continued their education at Madonna University from 2007 to 2012 and received a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
