Jim Turner is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer experience and operations. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Experience and SVP of Operations at Exclaimer, Jim has previously held the roles of CEO and COO at Customer Thermometer, as well as CEO and COO at Qualifa. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director and Operations Director at Accordance and Head of Client Delivery at Fresh Egg. Jim's educational background includes a BA Hons in Fine Art from the University of Brighton and a Foundation in Art and Design from Brighton MET.
