Jovana Milosavljevic possesses a solid background in administrative roles and customer support, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant and Professional Customer Support representative at exciting AG since September 2020. Prior experience includes working as a French Translator and Customer Service Specialist at Transcom from November 2016 to September 2020, where Jovana also held the position of Deputy Chief. In addition, Jovana has gained experience as a Child Care Specialist in a seasonal position during studies. Jovana holds a Master's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Kragujevac (2012-2016).
