Timothy P. Williams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management and Senior Controller at ExchangeRight Real Estate since August 2021, Timothy previously held the position of Controller at McCoy Group for over six years, leading a 22-member team responsible for financial reporting and analysis in transportation, among other roles. Prior experience includes positions at PwC, where Timothy executed financial statement audits, and various academic roles during studies at the University of Northern Iowa, where Timothy earned both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
