Guilherme Santos has a diverse work experience in software development. Guilherme started their career as a Software Developer at HJM Tecnologias in 2002, where they worked on a distributed system using Delphi and SQL Server 2000. Guilherme was responsible for the core part of the application and wrote stored procedures for SQL Server.

In 2005, Guilherme joined HANZO as a Java Developer. Guilherme designed and developed web applications for Short Message Service (SMS) delivery to cell phones. Guilherme utilized Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) practices and utilized Bugzilla and CVS for team support. Guilherme remained with HANZO until 2009.

Guilherme then joined Highbridge Capital Management as a Java Developer. Guilherme developed an application for managing broker payments and was responsible for database design, maintenance of stored procedures, and Java coding using Oracle as the database server.

In 2011, Guilherme started working as a Software Developer at Jesta Digital. Guilherme remained in this role until 2012.

From 2012 to 2015, Guilherme was employed as a Software Developer at Isobar Canada. Guilherme contributed to the development of the Mackenzie Financial website using Groovy/Grails and Java. Guilherme also played a lead role in the Mattel project, introducing Agile practices and tools such as JIRA, code review, stand up meetings, and continuous integration. Guilherme effectively communicated with clients to understand their requirements.

In 2015, Guilherme joined Exchange Solutions as a Software Developer, where they are currently employed. No end date for this role is provided.
