Rita Castro is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner at Excerpta Medica BV - Adelphi Group. Prior to this, Rita served as an HR Manager at LAVA Therapeutics N.V. and as a Human Resources Technician at FHC Farmacêutica SA. Rita also has experience as a Trainer at GNS and as a Psichologist at Centro Social e Paroquial da Borralha. Rita holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Instituto CRIAP, an Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers degree from ACIB, and an Integrated Master Degree in Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology from Instituto Superior Miguel Torga. Rita is also working towards a Certificate in English from Royal School of Languages.
