Niels Soetens is a skilled Customer Success Engineer at Excentis, focusing on customer onboarding and support for ByteBlower, a network traffic generator. Prior to this role, Niels served as a Senior Software Integration Engineer at Western Digital, coordinating global teams for the Activescale Series. Niels has also completed a PhD in Distributed Systems and Communication Networks at the University of Antwerp, where the focus was on IoT networks. Niels began a professional career at Alcatel-Lucent, holding positions as a Software Development Engineer and Software Test Engineer, gaining expertise in IS-IS routing protocols and a variety of network protocols.
