Thejaswini Basavaraju has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software development. Thejaswini started their career in 2003 at Excelsoft Technologies as a Software Engineer and progressed through various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, and Associate Development Manager. In 2014, they joined Excelsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Development Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in managing and developing software projects throughout their career.

Thejaswini Basavaraju completed a Diploma in Computer Science from JSS Women's Polytechnic from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering in Mysore from 2004 to 2007.
