Jennifer Gates has extensive experience in the education and youth counseling sectors. Currently serving as a Teacher and Federal Program Assistant at Plummer Worley School District since September 2007, Jennifer is dedicated to educating and preparing positive, motivated, and successful citizens in a Title 1 district. Additionally, as a Senior Youth Counselor at Excelsior Youth Center since July 1990, Jennifer supports youth aged 10-20 facing behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Whitworth University (2005-2011) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Eastern Washington University (1988-1991).
