Tony Vitagliano has been with Excellus BCBS since December 2009, holding various senior leadership roles focused on provider network management, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Tony held positions with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Central NY and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utica Watertown. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
