Dana Cooley, LMSW CPC, has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in operational management and clinical coding systems. Since October 2013, Dana has held various roles at Excellus BCBS, currently serving as the Manager of Operations for Clinical Coding Systems, alongside prior positions as a Medical Services Analyst and Behavioral Health Escalation Specialist. Dana's earlier experience includes roles as a Clinical Operations Specialist and Care Coordinator at Excellus BCBS from May 2008 to January 2013, as well as serving as a Social Worker at St. Joseph's Villa from July 2002 to May 2008. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from Nazareth University, a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Greater Rochester Collaborative, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
