Carmen Zapata possesses extensive experience in healthcare and digital content management, currently serving as the Digital Content Manager at Excellus BCBS since October 2023. Previously, Carmen held the position of CX Manager at Excellus BCBS and worked as a Social Worker in Community Pediatric Palliative Care at Lifetime Healthcare from 2013 to 2018. Earlier roles include Senior Social Worker at Wilmot Cancer Institute and Oncology Social Worker positions at both the University of Rochester Medical Center and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Carmen holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Simmons University.
