Yulia Dorofeeva is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in international relations and project implementation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Excellis Health Solutions since November 2018, Yulia previously held roles such as Administrative Assistant at CLIA and Project Manager at IFE by ABILWAYS, SOPEX CONSULTING N.V., and several other organizations, including the Council of Europe and the European Parliament. Educationally, Yulia holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales and has further academic experience at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
