Jan Piet van der Plank is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of international experience in various multinational environments. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Excellentum Human Capital Solutions B.V. since March 2016, Jan Piet focuses on finding the right managerial talent across industries such as FMCG, retail, and logistics, for both permanent and interim positions. Jan Piet also holds multiple interim HR leadership roles, including Manager HRM at Orffa and International Manager Human Resources at SVZ. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager at KONI, HR Manager at ICL-IP, and HR Manager Projects at Bekaert. Jan Piet has contributed to academia as a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Change Management and holds an Executive MBA in General Management from Business School Nederland.
