Vyacheslav PAK is an experienced professional in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Management & Acquisition Manager at Excellence Logging since December 2019, where responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates. Previously, PAK held the position of Country Operations Manager, managing various operational aspects such as asset management, customer relations, and P&L control. Prior to joining Excellence Logging, PAK spent over a decade at Weatherford in various service line manager roles, focusing on drilling services, surface logging, and business development in Kazakhstan and Continental Europe. PAK's career began at International Logging as a Data Engineer/Field Services Manager and continued with Drill-Lab Kazakhstan as a Mudlogger/Data Engineer. PAK holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Satbayev University.
