Melissa Connor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and child services. Currently serving as a Lead Agile Analyst at Excella since September 2022, Melissa also held the position of Senior Agile Analyst. Prior to this role, Melissa spent 17 years at the Department of Child Services, where responsibilities included Business Consultant, Supervisor, and Family Case Manager. Additionally, Melissa was the Head Girls' Basketball Coach at Heritage High School from August 2015 to February 2020. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice/Social Work from Ball State University.
