Maura Daus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data solutions and consulting, currently serving as Market Director and Lead Consultant at Excella since April 2014, where leadership of data teams for the Office of Personnel Management Federal Staffing Center is a primary focus. Prior to Excella, Maura held the position of Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where multiple teams were led through the implementation of enterprise data solutions for federal agencies. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Oracle and Hyperion Solutions, and as a Consultant at CGI-AMS, specializing in data warehousing, business intelligence, and financial reporting. Maura Daus holds a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
