Krystal Millican is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in various healthcare roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Excell Home Care & Hospice since December 2021, Krystal previously held positions as a Registered Nurse at Crossroads Hospice and as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Registered Nurse at Sooner Home Health, where employment has been ongoing since February 2019. Prior experience also includes working as a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Sooner Home Health Care from February 2018 to May 2020. Krystal earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Oklahoma City Community College between 2008 and 2011.
