Mark Wendtland currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Excelitas Technologies Corp. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Wendtland gained experience as a Sales Engineer and Test Engineer at Eblana Photonics Ltd, where responsibilities included developing test procedures for semiconductor laser diodes and enhancing testing processes through electro-mechanical engineering and LabVIEW programming. Wendtland's earlier experience includes roles at Shire as an Engineer I, where contributions were made to on-body infusion device projects, and at Marquette University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, focused on wastewater refinement processes. Wendtland holds a Master of Science in Space Science and Technology from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
