Pragya Anshumita has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Pragya began their career as a Sr. Executive at Serco, where they were in charge of receiving calls from customers to resolve their issues, replying to customers and addressing their concerns, and providing training to new hires. In 2013, they moved to Career Wings Consultants, where they were the Center Head and was responsible for meeting key prospects for admissions, Human Resource Development and Training, planning and directing administrative functions, and planning and executing advertisement campaigns for recognition. In 2018, they joined S M Support & Services Private Limited as a Human Resources Generalist, providing Human Resources services, personnel recruitment and selection, performance management and career development, employee retention and analysis, maintaining employee records, and employee orientation development and training. Currently, they are the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at ExcelGens, Inc.

Pragya Anshumita completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in MBA (HR & Marketing) from Army Public School (APS) between 2016 and 2018.
