Jaime Haight has over 19 years of experience in the software development and IT industry. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Software Developer at Stroudwater. From 2001 to 2006, they were a Software Developer and Actuarial Analyst at Disability Consulting Group LLC, where they helped develop an online quoting and enrollment system for disability insurance, ran monthly valuations, analyzed and provided insight on those valuations, and provided Excel and Access solutions to all departments. From 2006 to 2011, they were an Oracle Database Administrator at Cedar Springs Technologies, Inc. From 2011 to present, they have been a Project Manager, Lead Code Writer, and Solution Finder at Excel Rain Man, where they are responsible for end-to-end project lead, client interaction, sales, quoting, development, QA, and releases, as well as managing a group of 10+ remote Excel developers and developing complex Excel workbooks.

Jaime Haight attended Greely High School from 1992 to 1996. After graduating, they attended Colby College from 1996 to 1998, studying Mathematics. Jaime then transferred to Tufts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2000.
