Mark Ziomek started their work experience as the Director of Catering and Convention Services at the Doubletree Hotel at Colorado Springs World Arena from 1997 to 2000. Mark then moved on to become the Director of Catering and Convention Services at the Antlers Adams Mark from 2000 to 2002, and later at the Doubletree Hotel Denver from 2002 to 2003. After that, Mark served as the Director of Catering & Event Operations at the Wyndham Peaks Resort from 2003 to 2005, and as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Denver Renaissance Hotel from 2005 to 2007. Mark then joined the Pyramid Hotel Group as the Director of Operations from 2007 to 2013. Mark then worked at Evolution Hospitality, where they held the roles of General Manager/Task Force General Manager from 2013 to 2015, and Campus General Manager from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Mark is the Regional Director of Operations at Excel Hotel Group.
Mark Ziomek attended Syracuse University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Relations and Affairs.
