Eric Loft is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Since April 2012, Eric has served as the General Manager for two upper midscale select service hotels under Excel Hotel Group in the San Diego area, overseeing 189 rooms and managing separate teams. Previous roles include Regional Operations Manager at GF Management, where Eric led the western region's hotel takeovers, and General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Mission Bay, successfully turning around the hotel's performance. Eric has held key management positions at various hotels, including Comfort Inn & Suites and Quality Inn and Suites, focusing on service excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Eric's career in hospitality began in 1998 and has included roles from General Manager to Assistant Manager in various settings. Eric studied at South Puget Sound Community College from 1991 to 1993.
