Dan Lin is currently serving as the VP of Asset Management at Excel Group since September 2015. Prior to this, Dan held the same position at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) from January 2010 to July 2015. With experience spanning over two decades, Dan also worked as VP of Asset Management at Host Hotels & Resorts from 2000 to 2009. Dan started their career as a Senior Associate at HVS International from December 1996 to November 2000, where Dan specialized in hotel consulting. Dan graduated from Cornell University in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, focusing on Real Estate & Finance.
