Raul Garcia is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Upstream Project Manager at EXCEL USA since November 2017, Raul has previously held key positions such as Area Manager at CADS Construction and Construction Supervisor at Icenhower Oil and Gas. With foundational experience as a Construction Foreman at QEP Resources and a Field Foreman at Casillas Petroleum, Raul has consistently demonstrated expertise in overseeing projects, managing wells, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Early career experience includes working as a Crane Operator at Cowboy Pumping Unit. Raul's educational background includes graduation from Hennessey High School in 2001.
