Leonard Williams, MSCM, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and construction. Leonard started their career as an Electrical and Instrumentation Field Supervisor at EXCEL USA, where they successfully managed and completed several multi-million dollar projects in Louisiana. Leonard then worked as a Procurement Project Manager at Excel Construction and Maintenance, where they were responsible for overseeing purchasing and order management. Leonard later joined Richard Industrial Group as an E&I Project Manager, demonstrating their knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Leonard then transitioned to EXCEL USA as the E&I Project Engineer, highlighting their extensive knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques. Leonard's expertise led him to become the E&I Construction Manager at EXCEL USA, followed by their role as VP of I&E Construction. Currently, Leonard serves as the VP of Tulsa Operations at EXCEL USA, showcasing their leadership and management skills. Throughout their career, Leonard has consistently achieved financial objectives, utilized resources effectively, and exhibited a strong understanding of customer requirements.

Leonard Williams obtained a Master's Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.
