Carl Torina has over 30 years of experience in the electrical and construction industries. Currently serving as Site Manager and previously as E & I Project Superintendent at EXCEL USA since June 1997, Carl has developed extensive expertise in site management and project supervision. Prior experience includes working as Site Superintendent at Jacobs Engineering Group Incorporation from October 1990 to June 1997, and as an Electrician at MMR Group from June 1986 to September 1990. Carl Torina completed education at Central High School between 1980 and 1984.
