Michael Swisa is a seasoned professional in the development and construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at NIS Real Estate and as VP of Development & Construction at Excel Construction of Florida since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Construction Project Manager at Coastal Construction Company, where management of The Plaza in Coral Gables was undertaken. Michael previously held the position of VP of Construction at RFR Holding LLC, overseeing the construction of the Jaffa Hotel, a Marriott Luxury Collection mixed-use complex.
