Philip Schajer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Philip currently serves as the CFO at Exceed Talent Capital, where they are involved in an innovative mobile app that allows fans to invest in the revenue streams of artists. Before joining Exceed Talent Capital, Philip worked at Excellion Capital for 13 years, holding roles as a Non Executive and later as the Chief Operating Officer. At Fintex Capital, they also served as a Non Executive and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the structuring, issuance, and risk management of bespoke credit portfolio investments. Prior to this, Philip worked at Fortium Consulting as a Senior Consultant, providing fiduciary, financial, and compliance advisory services. Philip also served as the Interim CFO at FancyGiving and as the CFO at Moyses Stevens. Early in their career, Philip worked at Atrium Ltd as a Financial Controller and at Kingston Smith as a Supervisor, where they specialized in marketing, creative, and communications businesses. In this role, they managed a portfolio of clients and led audit teams.

Philip Schajer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons.) degree in International Studies from the University of Leeds. Philip attended the university from 1994 to 1997. In addition, they obtained the FCA certification from ICAEW in September 2001.
