Nick is the Director of Transaction Services at Exbo Group. He focuses his time providing transaction diligence support to clients in the EdTech, software, and professional services industries.

Prior to Exbo, Nick worked as a Senior Manager at PwC where he provided assurance services to Hedge and Private Equity Funds. In addition, he was also a "Digital Accelerator", tasked with using various technology software to create efficiencies in processes and upskilling colleagues to create time savings and higher quality deliverables. Before PwC, Nick worked at Crowe as an Associate on the banking and capital markets team, where he focused on auditing PCAOB banks. During his career, Nick has had the opportunity to live and work in New Zealand, Argentina and India.

Nick earned his MBA from Saint John Fisher College and a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College.
