Jelena Ivanovska, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at Exazyme since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jelena worked as a Research and Development Scientist at Tacalyx GmbH for a brief period in 2020 and held postdoctoral researcher positions focused on cell differentiation and tumorigenesis at the Max Delbrück Center from December 2015 to April 2020, and on experimental tumor pathology at the Pathologisches Institut Erlangen from May 2013 to November 2015. Jelena completed doctoral studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, following a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, Serbia.
