Leandro Villani Casella is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and IT management. As Co-Founder and CEO of Exato Digital since 2019, Leandro has led the creation of innovative background check solutions. Prior leadership roles include Executive Director of the International Delivery Unit at GFT Group, where Leandro managed a 200-person team and a substantial revenue portfolio, and CIO of Dentsu Aegis Network Brazil, where Leandro drove significant IT consolidations and cost reductions. Leandro’s earlier career includes founding and leading various tech enterprises, including Direct Digital and Agência Enken, with a strong focus on project management and software engineering. Leandro holds a Technologist degree in Data Processing from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo and an MBA in Project Management from FIAP.
