David Serrano has extensive experience in engineering technology, having served as an Engineering Technician at Monolithic Power Systems from 2004 to 2006 and currently working as an Engineering Tech at Exar Corporation. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, obtained from the University of the East between 1971 and 1976.
