San Dhillon has a diverse work experience in the finance and research industries. They began their career as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte & Touche in 2006 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they worked in Telecoms Equity Research at Barclays Capital. Following that, they joined RBC Capital Markets as the Director of Telecoms Equity Research from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, San Dhillon moved to Exane BNP Paribas, where they held various roles, including Co-Head of Telecoms Equity Research and Head of Product Exane BNP Paribas. Additionally, San Dhillon currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Electus Global Education Co, Inc. since 2020.

San Dhillon attended the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics.
