Miguel Borrega is an experienced Equity Research Analyst currently at Exane since February 2021, focusing on Global Capital Goods and Energy Transition verticals, generating investment ideas for institutional investors and leading IPO processes. Previously, Miguel served as a Partner at Melie from May 2019 to April 2020, where Miguel contributed to reshaping the multi-brand tech platform. Prior experience includes positions at UBS, where Miguel covered European Building Materials and earned recognition as the #1 European stock picker in Household & Leisure Goods in 2018, along with earlier roles at Espírito Santo Investment Bank, providing coverage in European Construction & Infrastructure, and KPMG as an Auditor. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Finance from IE Business School, an Erasmus Exchange Program in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.
