Jovana S. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jovana started their career as a Life Insurance Agent at Delta Generali Insurance in 2010. Jovana then became an Active member of the Green Initiative Movement from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they co-founded the NGO Republican Initiative and served as its Co-founder until 2013.

From 2015 to 2016, Jovana worked as a Training Coordinator at the National Center for State Courts, specifically on the USAID Judicial Reform and Government Accountability Project. In 2017, they took on the role of Program Manager at CEPID. Later in the year, they joined Mindsoft as a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst.

In 2018, Jovana became the Executive Director at CEPID and also worked as a Senior Business Analyst Lead at S&T Serbia d.o.o. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst at Skillsoft doo.

Their most recent experience is as a Business Analyst at ExamRoom.AI, starting in 2022.

Jovana S. received their degree in Politicology from the Faculty of Political Sciences, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they obtained a W&T Certificate from the Work and Travel Company in July 2008.
