Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer, currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices within a cross-functional team. Previous roles include firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, electronics contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, and electronics engineer at Grindcom, focusing on control systems for forestry equipment. Additionally, Chris served as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
