Claudia Biester has a long and varied work experience. Claudia began their career in 2006 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Foreign Language Media Site Assistant at the University of Delaware. In 2009, they became an Adjunct Instructor at Camden County College, teaching German beginner and intermediate language courses. Claudia also worked as a German Instructor for Global LT from 2011-2014. During this time, they also worked as an Online Adjunct Instructor at University of Maryland University College from 2011-2012 and a German Instructor at University of Maryland from 2010-2011. In 2016, Biester became a Running Program Coordinator & Personal Trainer and Running Coach at Bear-Glasgow YMCA. In 2018, they became a Certified Running Coach/Owner at Beastermode Running. In 2019, they began working at Exam Master as a Director of Client Services & Project Manager, Director Of Client Services, and Client Services & System Training Manager. Finally, in 2022, they became an Adult Literary Instructor at Harford Community College.

Claudia Biester completed their Ph.D. Coursework in Germanic Studies at the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2014. Claudia obtained their M.A. in German Language and Literature from the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2008. In December 2008, they earned a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from the Center for Teaching Excellence at the University of Delaware. Claudia also holds a Certified Distance Running Coach certification from the Road Runners Club of America and a Personal Trainer Certification (PTC) from the National Federation of Personal Trainers.
