Nicolas Astruc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Managing Director of ROV at Exail since February 2021, Astruc previously held roles as Global Product Manager and European Product Manager at LEM. As Co-Founder of N2A Consultancy LTD, a consultancy focused on product marketing strategy, Astruc contributed to strategic initiatives from March 2017 to August 2018. Past experience includes Group Engineering Director at Lucy Switchgear, where oversight involved a team of over 100 engineers across multiple countries, and significant roles at Schneider Electric and AREVA T&D, where Astruc drove continuous improvement initiatives and developed marketing strategies. Early career experience at ALSTOM included various management positions in R&D and engineering. Astruc holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Polytech Lille.
