Maxime Guesdon currently serves as the Head of the Operational Software Department at Exail since June 2023. Prior to this role, Maxime was an Industrial Stakeholder at NATO STO-CMRE, contributing to the NATO Group SCI343 from April 2022 to June 2023. Maxime's extensive experience at Thales included positions as TSAM Product Design Authority and MMCM TSAM Functional Lead, focusing on mine hunting capabilities. Previous roles also featured a project management position at iXblue and an engineering role in radio communication systems at Thales. Maxime holds a Master of Science in Mobile Communications from Aalborg University, a Licence from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and an engineering diploma in computer systems and telecommunications from ECE Ecole d'ingénieurs.
